Ingredients
100 g (1/2 cup) plain flour
Pinch of salt
1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk
300 ml (1 cup) milk
15 g (1 tbs.) melted butter
CAMP 100% Pure Maple Syrup

Pure Maple Syrup Pancakes
Method
Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Make a well in the center of the flour, add egg and egg yolk. Start to add milk slowly, stirring all the time. When half of the milk has been added, stir in the melted butter and whisk until smooth. Finally add the rest of the milk and let stand for 1 hour prior to making the pancakes. Make pancakes, garnish with a dab of butter and a generous helping of CAMP 100% Pure Maple Syrup.
